L: brilliant straw gold permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 1" white cap with fair to poor retention
S: mild sweet corn smell and light bread crumb, a hint of fruit and very faint sulfur
T: apple to pear flavor leads the palate with a light corn sweetness, bread crumb and a hint of caramel
F: creamy, yet effervescent with a drying finish and a hint of tart
O: light, sessionable beer with a low alcohol by volume but still retains some flavor
