L: hazy amber with a light orange tint under a 1" white cap with fair retention
S: has a Belgian yeast fruit and tea smell with traces of pear, orange and apple and some over ripe fruit aromas
T: Mildly sweet fruit starts the palate along with some very interesting tea notes. The fruit flavors from the Belgian yeast - pomme fruit and citrus - play nicely with the tea flavors giving the beer a complex, layered flavor profile that is not cloying in anyway
F: has a rich creamy texture with a medium body and above average carbonation
O: an engaging, complex beer with a voluptuous texture and elegant flavors
