From a 16oz can. Canned on 06/17/24

This is a fairly clear golden pouring beer, with just a slight haze to it. There's a thick 2 finger white head. Head retention is quite good, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
Nose is fairly mild and nondescript. There's just a very faint cereal/grain aroma. No hints of honey in here on the aroma.
Taste - The flavor starts out a cereal/grain flavor that is pleasing. There's a bit of peanut butter in this part of the beer as well. The grain fades a bit and it goes into a good honey flavor. The honey does mix with the grain to produce a honey cereal flavor, like I had when I was a kid. It does get fairly sweet on the backside, but not like a sugar bomb.
The body is somewhat creamy feeling and also very smooth feeling.
I can't believe I haven't had this before, but I haven't. Not bad at all.

16-oz can into Samuel Smith pint glass

A - 2 fingers of white over a transparent body of gold; high visible carbonation

S - honey, peanut butter; not very beer-like, but the smell is as advertised

T - sweet honey, then the peanut butter kicks in; enough bitterness in the finish to keep it somewhat interesting

M - light body, medium/high carbonation

O - not really my thing

draught
Medium gold, with a hint of orange. Whiff of peanuts, light wood, kind of a butterfinger type, peanut smell. Also, almost a pancake syrup note, to the aroma. Thin, sharp, non-sweet, butterfinger flavor.

Clear, bright golden hued, slim white head.

In the nose: Honey notes pop out first, followed by peanut butter, not a whole lot else.

In the mouth: Light, clean, and tasty little blonde ale. Honey comes through, for sure, with a splash of peanut butter. Nothing from hops, and just enough out of malt. Well-balanced and smooth. Tasty, too. Peanut butter flavor rises in prominence and blends well with honey.

Not bad, not bad at all.

Pours a crystal clear bright yellow with a short lived white cap. Minimal lacing. Aroma is unsurprisingly peanuts and honey. Flavor reminds me of a bit-o-honey candy, but not overly sweet. Feel is light bodied and adequately carbonated. Over all this is a fun beer that I'd appreciate more in a 12 ounce can.

16oz can

Very clear, big bubbly head, looks like DUFF. Smells like peanuts and honey (Duh!), but everything combines to make something 'else' at times. And that 'else' is kinda like a burning diaper. When it smells good it smells like the best beer you ever smellt; when it tastes good it simply tastes good. Sweet, malty, peanut buttery, but stays easy to drink and clean

I'm not sure what to make of this: it tastes good, sure, but it makes a light beer heavy and a heavy beer light. I wish it went lighter or went all-in and turned imperial lager
