From a 16oz can. Canned on 04/09/2026
This beer has a slightly murky look to it and a nice golden color. There's a cyclone of carbonation bubbles in my glass. There's a 2 finger off white head to this beer that has a nice fluffy look to it. The head retention is great, and there's some good lacing on the glass.
The aroma is light, but has a slight hint of hops in it. The hops have a citrus character to them. There's also a very faint malt hint to this beer.
Up front this beer is extremely malty. I get a very huge hit of a buttery biscuit hit right away. This flavor profile ends abruptly and it goes full on into the hops. The hops start out leaning toward citrus. The hops then turn toward pine on the finish with a nice bitterness.
The beer has a very nice feeling to it. There's a creamy feeling in this beer. There's a nice thickness and depth to it. There's a nice feeling to the bitterness and it lingers. I am surprised I am not getting much of a bubbly feeling to this beer, considering how much it looked carbonated.
I am really enjoying this very well made beer. Damn solid and delicious.
