Clear amber brew with fine-grained foam in the Duvel tulip. Pleasant grainy aroma with bread and roasted malt. Flavor is quite malty for the modest ABV, as well as the robust mouthfeel. Warm and even rich tasting. There is even a sort of hefeweizen note. You wouldn't call it crisp, but overall it is highly refreshing and easy drinking with plenty of flavor. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing. Dated 7-3-23.
