Clear dark brownish amber brew with plenty of foam in the Saxo glass. Mild grainy aroma with some hints of grass. It's slightly sweet with a dark roasted taste. The flavor is more charred than caramel but just slightly bitter. They call this a Dark Mexican Lager so I guess Vienna is close enough. Overall this is quite pleasant with enough flavor to be worth drinking. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
