On-tap at Third Window Brewing Co., Santa Barbara, CA
A: The beer is clear light red in color with no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin collar of pink bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of raspberry purée and juice are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the beer tastes like a raspberry spritzer, but without the fizziness. There are also some notes of lactic acid.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a low amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and makes for a good choice when you want something refreshing in the summer. I liked how the raspberry aromas and flavors were natural.
