500ml bottle. Sample from the brewery.
Pale golden with a thick, creamy head and clingy lace. Fruity and floral with layers of lime; leaf, rind, and zest. Light-bodied and quite dry, but there's some residual fruity sweetness. Herbal and peppery. Starchy finish.
A very unique, delicate, and nuanced beer. Incredibly light, crisp, clean (thanks to the Koshihikari rice), and refreshing with a bit of a Belgian-y finish thanks to the Witbier yeast and Belgian Pilsner malt. Glad I got to try this one.
