500ml bottle. No dating information found. Label has this information: "LIMITED RELEASE 136 CASES PRODUCED".
Cloudy, deep amber colored body. Rapidly expanding white head with the pour, and this remains as a full cap and high reaching ring. Leaves behind a partial wall of lacing.
Aroma of pear, candi sugar, and lemon.
Taste is sweet and yeasty. Flavors of pear, peach, caramel, lemon, white pepper, and dry yeast. Aftertaste stays dry and fruity.
More than medium mouthfeel. Soft texture, with a dry finish. Excellent carbonation.
Fruity and spicy with a sweet malty base.

Pours copper with a huge rocky four finger head. Nose is classic Belgian yeast with pear, white pepper, and lemon. Taste opens with pear, strawberries, and lemon that fold into a nice white pepper and follows with some citrus pith earthiness. Body is medium with full carbonation. Ends long with a lingering lemon and hint of pepper. Overall a nice beer, maybe not worth the price tag but very enjoyable. What initially caught my eye was the bottle art. Glad I picked it up.
