"Help me Tom Cruise!" is a white mocha stout. Made with cacao nibs from Roseville's Cru Chocolate, coffee beans roasted by Sacramento's Simply Roots Coffee, and tons of milled oats, this golden stout has an inviting coffee nose and the creamy taste of a white mocha. 8.9% ABV with an easy-going 33 IBU.

Big coffee/chocolate nose which is surprising for such a golden/copper color. Very well balanced and nice/silky smooth mouthfeel. A very surprisingly easy to drink brew at the ABV. Well done!
