31 day old can into an imperial nonic pint
A: Nearly opaque black/brown with 1+ finger of creamy medium-density white head with good retention and left spotted lacing.
S: Nose is mute, mostly roasted malt and bourbon.
T: Much more dynamic than the nose, more barrel forward than the nose, flavors mesh well, very smooth.
F: Quite silky feel on the tongue, almost nitro territory.
O: Probably the best beer that I've sampled from Sactown/Tower. Very smooth and a nice approachable ABV for a barrel-aged beer.
