Uit De Grond, roughly translated from Dutch means "From the Soil". The inspiration for this series comes from the herbs we grow in our garden here at the brewery.
Brewed with locally grown barley and wheat, open fermented with our wild caught house cultures. Left to mature in oak barrels for eight months. Then refermented on Watermelon and basil. 100% bottle conditioned.
