Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Draught @ Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pours a hazy straw yellow colour with no head. Aroma's: sourish and a bit salty. Retronasal it's sourish with soft fruit. Flavour is sour, fruity. Light bodied. Finishes seomwhat tart dry with cherry stones.
