Copenhagen 26/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A golden "7" hovering in front of a black background with an intricate pattern in gold and red.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized, frothy, light beige head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty and a bit pastry-like odor. Dark roasted malts, chocolate cake, brown sugar and a hint of coffee.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Dark brew with a touch of pastry.
