Nice dark amber colour, but the lack of foam makes this beer look like a coke way too soon. Smell of pilsener hops and caramel, fairly weak. The taste is mildly sweet initially, with some caramel malt flavour. Intensity is way too low though. It gets better in the aftertaste: dry-sour with roasted coffee and liquorice. Not unpleasant, but a bock needs more bitter than sour in my opinion. Mouth feel is smooth but a little watery as well. While I appreciate attempts to achieve the same quality with less abv, this beer could use some extra oomph. I guess 6.2 is just too low for a bock, it needs more body and flavour intensity.
