This beer is brewed with saved bread that would have been thrown away if not used in this brew. Nice idea but if the beer is a drainpour there is no gain. Well luckily the people at Troost know how to brew solid examples of the styles they embrace. This is a taste clovy Hefeweizen. Nicely done.
