Bottom fermenting light blond beer with a fresh aftertaste and not too much alcohol. It tastes best after a day of hard work, but secretly even if you haven't done much at all.
Ideal drinking moment: when you are thirsty.

On tap at Troost Oud Zuid.
A clear straw yellow with a thin off white head with good retention and lacing this looks solid. The nose is nondescript, with a mild grainy sweetness, a moderately clean lager yeast character and a mild lemony hop note. The palate opens mildly sweet and mildly grainy with a moderate lemon hop note. Mild honey notes are present as well. Drying and a little sweet on the finish, this isn't as crisp as it should be. Decent.
