A place with a good atmosphere, a good selection of beers. A good brewery to relax and have some good beers. It is very close to another Brewery, so that helps. Also, so cool that they have pinball machines.

Located in a business park near Ono. Big open taproom. Arcade/ pinball dominates the right half. Hot dog/ sausage place inside. Patio outside. Very modern look and feel. Great service, 12 taps, cooler for to-go product. Really nice vibe here

Stopped in with a friend on St. Patrick's Day. Nice open taproom with plenty of seating. Reasonable pricing, including $8 for a flight of 4 beers or $10 for a flight of 5. For the most part the beers were disappointing - my favorite was the "Original Lager" not the NEIPA, coffee vanilla porter, or cherry sour, and definitely not the guava IPA. At least their core beers were pretty good: the aforementioned (Dortmunder) lager, amber lager, and standard IPA (Better Angels).

Every time I am back visiting my Sister in Northern Virginia, I ask her to take me to a new local brewery, and over the course of the past few years, we have probably hit up nearly 10 craft breweries which call NoVa home. This Summer's trip was no exception, visiting Mustang Sally in Chantilly, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.
When you only visit an American brewery once or twice a year, you check all the boxes, including getting a flight, a tour, and a sticker (if they got 'em). In fact, it was the knowledge shared on the tour - that Mustang Sally is now sold at local Costcos - which was the reason they only had five drafts on tap, as their tanks are at capacity brewing for the masses. A homestyle operation (it was the founder's daughter who gave the tour), this local place has come far, and still plans on going a ways down the road.
The space inside is open, with different food and activities depending on the day of the week you visit. A Food Truck coupled with Bingo Night underscores the local feel Mustang Sally has, and beyond the beer, an example of why I find myself so enamored with the NoVa craft scene...

I visited Mustang Sally on 1/08/17. The brewery is in an industrial park. Pretty decent sized taproom. There is a bar where you order your beer, and a decent amount of tables & couches to sit. They also had a couple corn hole games inside as well. There were also 2 big screen tv's on the wall.
Beer was ordered at the bar. They had 7 beers on tap. These could be purchased by the flight or pint. The bartender was very helpful with our order. They also had a couple food items available. We weren't eating, but I noticed several people getting soft pretzels.
I didn't find any of the beers outstanding, but they were all decent. Pretty decent place to drink a couple flights and watch the football game.

Disappointed. Not a great way to start a review. Was excited to finally get a chance to visit. Large place with absolutely no character, hope that they do more with it in the future. Service was slow, not crowded, no reason. Place just seemed blah. Beer was blah at best. Seems to me they bought into the business big, without having something worth brewing. 5 beers on tap when I went, the grapefruit raddler the best, and that was just OK.
