Visited with Da Boss before the Adam Sandler show on 9-10-25.
Vibe kind of was sterile inside, not a lot of touches to play off the Bier Hall setup. Plenty of low top seating with room for perhaps 75. Outside the grounds had plenty of shade trees and stainless-steel picnic tables where perhaps another 75-100 can be seated.
Quality of the beer was fantastic. I had .5L pours of the Pilsner (good) and Schwarzbier (excellent) and finished Da Boss Altbier (good).
Self-Service was covered by two young friendly guys who covered an inside and outside service windows. Food was delivered within 10 minutes of ordering.
Selection was 5 brews, which a Franconian regular lager and a Franconian Anniversary beer were also available. Pretty lite by todays standards.
Food was tasty as we enjoyed the meat and cheese plate that came with toasted bread.
Overall, i highly recommend a stop here if you enjoy Germanic beer and food!

Corner spot next to the canal and the nearby river, which provides good views from the nearby patio closest to the water. Street sign gives direction for parking or look for street parking. Inside space has low tables with chairs. Outside patio spaces have picnic tables for seating. The brewing equipment can be viewed through one doorway. There are two ordering stations, one inside and one outside. Five in house brews (German styles) are offered plus other NAs and drinks. Full German influenced food menu offered. Servers bring food when ready to the customers at the tables. German type music played in the background. Serving staff is young and eager. Lots of nearby housing and not so much for other commercial businesses. Pleasant locale to spend some relaxing time.
