i was stoked on this place, a new one on west colfax. they have a good thing going, looks like mostly german styles with a few belgian looks peppered in. i was quite impressed with the quality of the beers across the board, from a very solid dunkel to a great alt and a clean and crisp pils, they seem to have a good handle on the recipes and on their equipment here in the early going. the space is cool too, great outdoor space in front with some shade, dog friendly, and even with table service from the server, which was really great. long bar inside, garage door setup, lots of natural light, small brewery on the side there in the back, good homey feel to it, nothing extravagant at all, but comfortable. the service was awesome, both at the bar and at our table, prompt with the refills for sure. lots of lighter beers here, moderate alcohol selections across the board, so a great place to post up for awhile and make a session out of it. i expect these guys will do well, seems the beers are off to a great start. i will look forward to my next visit over here, surprised more folks havent checked them out yet, its a great spot.
