Dark brown with light tan head that quickly recedes. Aroma is strong of bread dough and yeast, with a hint of the cranberries the beer is fermented on and a light malt sweetness. Bread dough is foremost in flavor along with cranberries. Not the typical syrupy malt of a scotch ale. Light bitterness and light body to this beer. Fair beer that is overpowered by the bread and yeast flavor.
