Packed with extra plenty amounts of hibiscus and locally sourced cucumbers, this Gose blends into a deliciously refreshing taste reminiscent of watermelon candy. Pink Himalayan salt brings in a hint of salinity, rounding out this beers flavor while keeping it true to style.

Pours a ver pretty light rose color without head or lacing
Aroma has generous hibiscus hints
The taste follows the nose with a very well balanced, pleasant and generous sour hibiscus and slight cucumber flavor

A: Pours bright Magenta.. I mean.. whoa. In the glass it is Ruby hued with a large pink head.
S: Definitely cucumber in there, as well as a hint of tartness and floral notes. The very finish has a bit of a watermelon jolly rancher aroma to it.
T: Tart up front, followed by saltiness and a definite cucumber/earthy and floral aroma that pseudo fakes the flavor of watermelon.
M: Light bodied, plenty of carbonation, and a decent cling form the tartness.
O: Overall probably one of the more interesting brews I have had recently.. Earthy, salty, and odd. Might be good in cooking as well. super weird. I dig it.

On-tap at Capital Ale House, Richmond, VA
A: The beer is dark red in color and poured with a finger high pink head that died down, leaving a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and a small patch of bubbles in the surface.
S: Light aromas of cucumbers are present in the nose along with notes of hibiscus.
T: The taste has strong flavors of cucumbers with hints of hibiscus.
M: It feels light-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: You wouldn't expect it from the appearance as this beer is all about the cucumbers and doesn't have that much in the way of hibiscus.
Serving type: on-tap
