L - Yeast hazy amber with a thin white head
S - Caramel malts, herbal notes, some mango and pineapple
T - Very balanced between the (not overly) sweet malts and the oily hops. Nice light bitterness. Some apricot jam and nuts with a slice of grass and peppercorn
M - Quite juicy, lower carbonation
O - A very good session ale. American style amber with an European balance
