Amber orange color with a fluffy head that short lived.
Predominant aroma with notes of caramel and hints of orange and herbal hops.
In the mouth, caramel and herbal hops overshadow other nuances. Hints of booze, orange-grapefruit citrusy, toasted malts, yeast and spices. Dry and bitter aftertaste, still the strong caramel malt gives a hard time to the 100 IBUs from the recipe.
Full body with low carbonation. Despite of the body, its 7% alcohol is slightly perceived.
Bold caramelly herbal English IPA, quite monothematic with low drinkability. Just glad they tried to please the hopheads.
