A flavourful, easy drinking stout brewed with smokey Ancho chillies and bitter chocolate. We used plenty of crystal and chocolate malts to fill this beer with flavour. A kilo of Ancho chillies were added to the end of the boil to enhance the smokey warmth of the beer. The beer was finished with a large addition of unsweetened liquid cocoa to the conditioning tank to bring heaps of chocolate aroma and a dark bitter finish.
