Poured out looking cloudy without much formation head wise. Aroma was delivering on the apricots (why they didn't include this in the name, I have no idea). Good fruit aroma.
Taste, not a lot of complexity, couldn't really tell the difference between a kettle soured beer and this one, that made me think it was kettle soured, then aged in a neutral barrel. Not bad, just a real straightforward lactic sour with fruit. Oak, funk, brett all seemed to be missing.
Neat beer, but not going to bump any of my other apricot wild ales from my list that are very good or better.
