Had two wonderful savory mugs of Grande Mere Inn's cornerstone brew, the Exit 22 Porter, while on my 25th Anniversary dinner with my wife. This Porter was like a homebrew without any sediment filtration which is why the look rating was low. However, this porter had solid flavors including a smoky aftertaste with molasses and licorice overtones. I was so happy with this Porter brewed by longtime chef Tony Hicks, that I bought a growler to go.
