This beer was advertised as a Bavarian Hefe brewed with a bavarian hefe yeast and 75% wheat, but it did not live up to its billing. Arrived with no head after a rough pour and was amberish in color. No classic bannana / clove aroma or flavor, just tasted like the musty grain like their lager. Somewhat tart and had a decent thickish mouthfeel, but this was a poor example of a German Hefe.
