The beer pours a gold color with a thick frothy white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a light pale malt scent along with a dry lager yeast aroma. The taste is decent also. It has a light, pale malt flavor that goes down easy and finishes dry with a slight lemony zest. The mouthfeel is good. It is a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a good drinking beer if your in the mood for something light and lacking malt character.

Began with minimal: foam, lacing, aroma, color. Very pale yellow, as befits a Blonde Ale, and since most (all?) of this brewery's beer is unfiltered, cloudy. The first taste is slightly sour, flat and dry. I found a touch of sweetness that was illusive, in the middle. Light carbonation, dry finish. Very thin body. Not a session beer - try a different beer here.
