Colour: amber, clear. Light yellowish foam, fine-grained, creamy in texture, forms a thick layer for a very long time and clings fantastically to the walls of the shaker.
Aroma: as soon as the bottle is opened, the aroma of fruit and delicate tea-grass notes are released, when a moment later the aroma intensifies, we get a distinct combination of teas, Earl Grey green and fruity. It's fantastic, I'm already content at this stage.
Taste: it couldn't be more different, a bitter Earl Grey tea, clear and intense. In a moment, green tea again (dry grassiness) and fruit tea (lots of sweet fruit). It is soft, smooth and remarkably drinkable.
The bitterness is appropriately high, tea-like (of course), and fits perfectly into the 'theme' of Panakeji. Saturation: medium, fitting.
