Clear reddish orange color with a pinkish ring of foam. Aroma is full on fresh raspberries, slightly fermented raspberry juice and a light grain note in the background. Taste starts quite dry, tart, the fruit is still present but not as intense as on the aroma. Finish has a light berry seed bitterness. Light body, medium to high effervescence. In the same vein as the blackberry version. Clean, tart and fruity.
