Really hazy look, with a white-brownish cloudy colour. Big head when poured in the glass.
It tastes like a really good IPA made in the US, which is something rare among the European IPA's.
The yeast has a strong contribution I think, but of course there's also the great hops profile.
It's a really tasty, earthy and grassy feel, avoiding elegantly a strong bitterness.

Quite hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has dough, yeast, grassy farmhouse notes, melon, some dank hops and a background vanilla sweetness. Taste is fruity, quite juicy but also yeasty. Melon notes also follow on the taste. Finish has an astringent yeast bitterness. Medium plus body with medium carbonation. A really interesting take on an IPA with some unusual flavors that work out quite well in the end.
