Deep dark brown colour, dense, with a thick brown head.
Coffee smell, with yeast notes and bunt malt.
Sweet-salty taste, aggressive at first, with expresso, burnt cereals, spices, dark chocolate. Dry bitter aftertaste, like after a ristretto, dried fruits and tobacco notes and some faint shiitake mushrooms. Creamy and oily body.
A really interesting experiment and a rewarding feel.
