Bloody red colour with a significant head.
Beetroot, earthly smell, with some chocolate notes.
Bitter-sweet taste, with the beetroot in front, then some burnt malt, cocoa, dark chocolate, caramel and little sourness. Coffee and earthly aftertaste.
