De 32gp. En copa Mahou Barrica. Jugando a Truberbrook. Con pipas de calabaza de ECI. Correcta, le falta sabor para destacar. Tiene un perfil seco y amargo en el que se echa en falta mas presencia de un dulzor maltoso que le dé vidilla

Served in a red wine glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Deep dark amber coming off semi hazy with an off white head rising lightly maybe tenth of an inch.
Smell: light bitter barley with hints of light light caramel.
Taste: malty as it gets. You might be a nice cross between erican and English barleywine.has a caramel undertone to go with it and believe it or not feels a bit Woody.
Mouth: Sticky and bit dry. Full body with a medium carbonation.
Overall: good brew. Would grab it again but wouldn't search the world for it. Adds a nice palate cleansing feel which reminds me of coffee after dinner. Salud!
