Dark brown colour, cloudy. Light brown foam, medium-high and moderately persistent. Melts to a thicker ring at the border of contact with the glass.
Aroma of roasted coffee, chocolate. Reminiscent of a mixture of coffee praline and dark chocolate with a hint of orange peel. When warmed, tobacco and dry earthy notes are activated.
The taste is rather sour with a roasted bitterness, initially in the background, stronger on the finish.
Effervescent saturation. Body medium at best. Texture a tad rough, "dry". Aftertaste medium-long, sour with more pronounced bitterness.
