Copenhagen 10/4 2024. 50 cl can from Beer Me web-shop. Green can with strange combination of items including a set of legs wearing a skirt, a lot oof dollar bills and a city skyline.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles s thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of overripe stone fruit mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Hints of decay. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice dry and bitter brew with a touch of sweet fermented fruit.
