A golden, clear liquid, covered with a high, white, finely bubbly head, which takes a long time to settle, generously decorating the surface of the glass.
The aroma has a slight malty sweetness and fruity hop notes (citrus). The intensity of the aroma is medium-high.
Taste: bitterness definitely dominates here, which may not be very high, but is distinct, long and has a grapefruit character.Medium carbonation. Full-bodied with a creamy, perhaps even slightly jelly-like texture. Long, dry aftertaste.
