Sampled at World Expo of Beer in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
I saw this and knew I had to try it... I hadn't heard of it, and figured it would either be a one off, or if not, something that'd be a brewery only sort of release.
Right from the get-go, rosemary on the nose -- comes off as sort of minty when combined with the raspberry. The flavor consists of a fair amount of rosemary and raspberry, with a light porter roastiness. This really would be a great Winter-y beer... something about it (likely the rosemary) makes this seem like a very festive kind of brew. Drinkable with a very pleasant, unique flavor. I hope to have this again at some point. One of Arcadia's best.

A littke dry, but the flavors mellow as it warms. Something different.

Short Review. I didn't care for this beer, the rosemary showed up in the taste and aroma, but I found it to clash with the porter base and I didn't pick up any raspberry flavors or aromas. It just isn't for me and I don't think this one needs to be bottled.
