A beer brewed in the celebration of Arcadia Ales, it bodes seasonal flavors such as cherry pie, honey, cinnamon, clove, allspice and vanilla dance with aromas of mulled spices and heaps of tart cherry. Kettle soured before fermentation, sweetened with chestnut chips for body and flavor, and finally embraced by an exaggerated maltiness. Recommended to be served in a 10oz tulip glass, of which cherries make up 60%, topped with a pink, foamy head this sparkling deep red ale is truly something else.
