Arcadia IPA Dry Hopped With Cascade Hops

Out of a firkin at the Pratt Street Alehouse real ale festival.

The beer pours a fairly light orange color with good head retention and lacing. On the nose, I get a considerable aroma of orange, bitter hoppiness, that is really quite attractive. Flavors repicate the nose, and I appreciate the crisp, bitter, dry finish in this beer. Mouthfeel is at most medium bodied, though there's a lightness to this beer that I quite like. Drinkability is exceptional, and this is certainly one easy to appreciate, enjoyable IPA.

Have had the regular version of this beer and was not all that impressed. This, however, is just delicious, and is a beer I wouldn't mind having around from time to time. Very nice....
