Copenhagen 15/8 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Orange label with a beer mug with a moustache, glasses and a voluminous head of hair.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. Disappears fairly fast leaving lonely Islands of foam. No Lacing.
Aroma is bittersweet and fairly intense. Caramel, brown sugar, vanilla. Coffee, leather, Tobacco. Lightly metallic odor hiding in the background.
Light but fizzy carbonation. Soft yet tingling, smooth texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bittersweet. And it actually has a light chili sting. Lingers for a while.
Nice, smooth, wellbalanced Stout. “Suede Chili” seems to capture it pretty well.

Pours a dark-brown color with a medium top off beige head that dissolves slowly. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and some hazelnuts. The taste is roasted and malty with notes off coffee and chocolate that is ballanced with some slight sweet tones. Some slight bitterness in the finish along with the roasted tones in the back.
A little flat in the finish. Aftertaste has a decent lenght.
Mouthfeel is soft and smooth with a medium carbonation and a medium body and a medium body.
An easy drinking and good stout.

Black. Not a lot of foam, and not too long standing in the glass.
Pleasant, toasty smell, with dark malts and oat.
Pleasant taste too, round, toasted notes, hazelnut, oat. Velvety.
Pleasant grassy notes, well balanced.
Average to light body, good drinkability.
