This is a collaboration between Musa and Tiago Cabaço Winery from Alentejo, Portugal, where grape must is used on the beer.
Poured into a snifter BrewDog glass.
A: The body is dark brown, creating a beige foam that's both delicate and of high density. Lookwise, it appears to be delicious.
S: The aroma is very strong on molasses, caramel malt, chocolate malt, belgian yeast, pretty much like a regular dubbel.
T: The taste starts off with a pretty good sweetness incoming from the malts, caramel, chocolaty, molasses and then moves on to a slight bitterness from the hops before showing you another segment of bitterness from the grapes. It appears suddenly but it's interesting.
M: Body is medium high. Carbonation is perfect. Alcohol is felt but it's nothing much. Bitterness is low, sweetness is mild.
O: Not expecting this to be as this good as it is. Would definitely drink again.
