Copenhagen 3/1 2025. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Yellow label with a crude satirical drawing of Debbie Harry having on. the telephone.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a yeasty scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereal. A bit of white sugar. Moldy cellar and some sour grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, sift, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a light bitter sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is bready and a bit sweet.
Quite a malty take on a Belgian Blonde Ale.
