It's punk sentiment in a pop heart. Hard and chocolatey, intense and syrupy. A highly malted German lager, strong and with ideal alcohol levels to warm up winter nights.

Copenhagen 10/11 2022. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow label with red gingerbread men.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small off-white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty and a bit candy-like odor with notable tart notes mingling with a boozy touch. Caramel, toffee and sugar. Tart currants and glue. Metallic alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit strange take on a Doppelbock combining candy-like sweetness and tart sourness.
