bottle at Catraio, Porto.
i think this bottle was unfermented and totally fucked up.
No head, almost no carbonation, juice-like taste and feel. bad bad bad they should not sell this stuff, threw it in the toilet and asked for something else.

33cl brown glass bottle purchased and served at Catraio in Porto for 3.50 euro in May 2016.
Lots: 0516. Best before December 2016. 4.20% ABV. Gose.
A: White cap of 8cm width. Lasts ~7 minutes, leaving no lacing as it recedes. Body is a slightly hazy yellow-copper of average vibrance. No yeast or lees are visible within.
Appears well-carbonated. Looks nice for a gose, generally speaking, but I note no unique or special characteristics.
Sm: Mild twangy sourness (maybe a 3/10 in terms if intensity), lemon, twang, wheat, coriander. Doesn't smell salty.
Aromatic intensity is average. Suggests a clean refreshing gose.
T&Mf: Has a refreshing wheat backbone with subtle notes of coriander and salt. Some faint lemon. That's it, really. Balanced albeit shallow and simple.
Refreshing, light-bodied, smooth, wet, approachable, and overcarbonated.
O: It's a pretty basic gose, touching on each convention of the style but offering nothing more. Drinkable and pleasant, but far from excellent.
