On tap at Tin Bucket the other day.
Have had only a couple of Wayfinder beers so far, but initial impressions have been pretty positive.
The beer pours l light golden hue, with very good head retention and considerable lacing. On the nose, this pils is a think of beauty. There is an impressive aroma of biscuit, light honey, pepper and light burnt toast, and the beer just has a lovely, thirst quenching character. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, and is very much on the dry side with good bitterness in the finish. The beer comes across as crisp and thirst quenching, and drinkability is just exceptional. This beer is very light on it's feet, but with plenty of great pils flavor. Alcohol is no more than after thought on the palate.
Excellent stuff. One of the better pils I've had in some time, and a beer that would be a very welcome treat after a day of physical labor in the summertime. Hopefully, this beer will make the final cut, and will become part of the regular rotation at Wayfinder.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
