On tap at Wayfinder.
A mildly hazy light copper with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is excellent. Soft, doughy, mildly yeast like and with a brilliant hop character. Earthy, mildly lemony hops paired with bready, doughy malt with a faint sweetness present. The palate opens soft, doughy with a soft but firm hop bitterness. Lemon, earth, a little cotton candy, a touch of fruit. This, coupled with a brilliant , bready, mildly doughy decocted pils malt character, makes for a marvelous palate. Add to this a soft , supple carbonation and a long, gentle finish and you have a winner. Excellent.
