Can from New Seasons
A clear light yellow with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is on point. Doughy, crisp, bitter, lemony, bright, it's all things a good pilsner needs to be. Clean, soft with a mild lemon note. The palate opens mildly bitter and mildly sweet with grain, dough, lemon, earth, a little mineral. Soft, incredibly so on the mid palate, pillowy, gentle and a fabulous vehicle for the flavors present. Drying, earthy, mildly lemony and mildly bitter on the finish, tempered by a mild grainy sweetness. Quite excellent, though a little sweeter than necessary.
