Look: Pale, straw yellow with a white head that refuses to settle, slowly doing so and leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon balm, pink jasmine, peaches, honeydew melon, fresh rainfall, soda crackers, and wafts of apricot
Taste: Peaches and apricot – both skin and flesh – jump out to begin the party and these unpack and develop depth as floral notes trickle in. Melon and fresh rain round out the delicate hop parade, all atop a nice cracker-led malt bill and closes with more peach and apricot
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and smooth and clean on the finish with no detectable dryness
Overall: I dig it. A tasty and uniquely flavored lager from these folks is an easy buy every time and this is another winner. I like the interplay between floral and apricot/peach in it as well. Recommended

16oz can
Pours two fingers of white head into my Willi. Retention is phenomenal. Lacing is decent. Body is pale yellow, crystal clear, with a vibrant nucleation. Looks great.
Nose is pretty rustic - faint sulfur notes, slightly catty, subtle fruit underneath.
Flavor comes through much cleaner with a pretty clear dose of peaches and apricot, presumably from the osmanthus. Tastes wonderful.
Light bodied. Carbonation is bright and effervescent. Well-attenuated, crisp, refreshing, but not dry. Bitterness is mild. Overall a lovely mouthfeel.
Drinkability is great.
Overall an elegant, delicate, tasty lager.
